SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to many international destinations and are dispatched within two working days of payment being received.

DHL Express is our worldwide courier partner.

We offer free delivery and returns to all destinations in Greece. Free delivery to addresses in EU countries applies for orders over €250.

EU COUNTRIES

Delivery to all destinations in Greece is free.

For orders over €250 we offer free shipping and returns with DHL Express to our customers based in the following European Union Countries:

For orders up to €250 the shipping charge for these destinations is €25.

We reserve the right to use alternate delivery methods to destinations in in Greece if they are deemed to offer a faster service.

Delivery to EU countries is estimated at 1-2 working days from dispatch although transit times to some remote areas or islands may differ. While we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, delivery may be affected by an event out of our control in which case we will not be responsible for any delay.

The shipping address does not have to be the same as the billing address, but we will require your signature upon delivery. Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Once your order has shipped we will contact you with tracking details and estimated delivery times.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, USA, Canada and Mexico with DHL Express.

The cost of shipping to these destinations is €30.

Delivery time is usually within 2-4 business days after shipping. While we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, delivery may be affected by an event outside our control in which case we will not be responsible for any delay.

Please note that Wéngko Molé is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.

Orders delivered to addresses in these countries may be subject to import duties, customs charges and local taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict any such amount. As the recipient of the order, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs and these will not be refunded if the articles are returned.

RETURNS

We hope that you are truly pleased with your Wéngko Molé order!

If for any reason you would like to return any items, please follow the links below for your location:

We fully check and control your parcel before it leaves our premises. In the unlikely event that you receive a product which is faulty or mis-described, we will replace it free of charge or refund the price of the item in full, together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, please contact Customer Services at [email protected] or call us at +30 210 6843529 to reserve the correct size, if available.

Once we receive the returned merchandise we will ship the new items.

Please note that we offer this service for exchanges of the same garment in a different size.

If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the order for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.

EU-COUNTRIES

Please notify us by email at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of your order quoting your order number and the items you wish to return.

Within 14 days of notifying us, complete the Packing/Return Slip included in your order. Return the items to us with this slip, using the return courier documentation, if provided.

The return courier documentation is only valid from the country to which the order was originally shipped. Also, Wéngko Molé will not be responsible for any charges you may incur should you choose to use another method for return.

Please note that the products must be returned to Wéngko Molé in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition with all Wéngko Molé garment tags or other original tags still attached. If you receive items which are damaged in any way, please contact our customer service team immediately by email at [email protected] or call us on +30 210 6843529.

Once your return has been received and processed we will refund the price of the item together with any applicable delivery charges minus a €10 return charge. The refund will be made to the method used for the original purchase and in the same currency as the original payment.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For exchanges, we will not charge shipping costs for returning items to us but Wéngko Molé will not refund any customs fees or taxes charged on return of the goods.

Please notify us by email at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of your order quoting your order number and the items you wish to return.

Within 14 days of notifying us, complete the Packing/Return Slip included in your order. Return the items to us with this slip, using the return courier documentation, if provided.
