We offer free delivery and returns to countries within the European Union, as well as a few additional countries.

The shipping address does not have to be the same as the billing address, but we will require a signature upon delivery. If you cannot not be present when our courier delivers the parcel, or if you have any requirements for delivery please make sure to add a message to your order before checking out. Should no one be there to receive your order, we will attempt to deliver a second time. However, charges may apply for a third delivery.

We will contact you with an estimated delivery date after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation. While we aim to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control and we will not be responsible for that delay or issue in such case. Orders outside the European Union may be held by Customs, in which case your order may be delivered to you at a later date. We strongly advise that you read our Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We have expanded our list of deliveries to the following countries.

Although we cover the courier costs for delivery of the goods to the required address in these countries, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Once your order reaches its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes as specified in the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

Furthermore, there may be delays caused to your order that are beyond our control, such as the parcel being held by Customs, and we will not be responsible for that delay or issue in such case. Orders will generally be delivered between 09.30 and 17.30 local time during working days unless the parcel is held or a change occurs that is not within our power. Please make sure to review the Delivery section of our Terms & Conditions for further information before placing your order.

RETURNS

We hope that you are truly pleased with your Wéngko Molé order!

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your products, you can do so within 14 days after the receipt of the order. You must return your unwanted products within these 14 days, for a refund of the value of the product, or an exchange for the same Product in a different size or colour, based on stock availability.

To return or exchange a product, sign into your account, click on the Return Form page and download, print and complete the Return Form or alternatively complete the Return Form provided to you with your product and include it in the parcel. Unwanted products must be returned to the address below:

If you wish to exchange your product for an alternative or a replacement product, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately from our e-shop.

Please note that the products must be returned to Wéngko Molé in their original packaging provided, unused and in perfect condition with all Wéngko Molé garment tags or other original tags still attached. RETURNS POLICY

Please read our return policy carefully before proceeding with your request.

Shipping is complementary on the replacement Product to consumers in the European Union, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the United Kingdom will be processed for customs clearance and therefore import duty and tax charges may apply and you will be responsible for those costs. Any jewellery items, must be returned in their original packaging otherwise we may not accept them and additionally pierced earrings' packaging must remain unsealed.

All Products must be returned to Wéngko Molé in their original packaging provided, unused and in perfect condition with all Wéngko Molé garment tags or other original tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

We will refund the full value of your returned product as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the product back from you. We will refund you for your returned order by the method originally used by you to pay (such as PayPal, debit or credit card).

We fully check and control your parcel before it leaves our premises. In the unlikely event that you receive a product which is faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of this item in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
